Marketing: 3rd Generation Builders

3rd Generation Builders are a Kingston NY based company, offering high end custom home builds and remodeling. They hired us to style and take photos of a home they had recently remodeled in Bearsville NY.

We focused on the three spaces they worked on - the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor deck. The bathroom needed minimal styling, and I mainly focused on cleaning, decluttering and styling the kitchen and deck for the photoshoot.

The kitchen was beautifully designed. I love the new floors and windows and the blue cabinets with brass details. Here I cleared off the shelves and countertops and then added in kitchenware, fruits, vegetables and plants.

The bathroom updated with new floor and wall tiles, a picture window and steam shower. A framed Slim Aarons photo hangs on the wall.

I styled the deck with plants and pumpkins, rearranged the outdoor seating and styled the coffee table. We also lit a fire in the fire pit for maximum outdoor Fall enjoyment effect.
