One warm day last summer I made the familiar journey to Rhinebeck to meet C. Cassis Founder Rachael Petach and her team and their gorgeously renovated red barn tasting room.

This space was stunningly designed with custom details for the bar, lights, and smoothly carved bar seats.

The tasting room offers delicious foods prepared by chef Katy Moore along with refreshing cocktails made with their trademark C Cassis currant liqueur. If you haven’t tried it, I recommend it!

All of the blue merch is designed by Rachael’s partner and just the kind of beautifully designed swag I love to get my hands on.

The greenhouse turned communal space will be open to the public in the future.

I highly recommend a visit to the C Cassis Tasting room this fall.
